Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Purchases are processed by Paddle
All paid Duebell plans are sold by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, applicable taxes, and receipts, and may appear as the merchant on your card statement. This policy tells you exactly when and how you get your money back.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If Duebell isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund it in full. No forms, no "exit interview", no hard feelings.
3. Forgotten renewals
If a subscription renewed and you meant to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will refund that renewal. We would rather refund you than keep money you didn't mean to spend.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your account or via the link in any Paddle receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep full access until then. Except as described above, we don't prorate partial periods.
5. Trials
Free trials do not require a card and never convert into a charge on their own. You only pay when you explicitly subscribe.
6. How to request a refund
Email hello@duebell.co from your account email with your Paddle order number (it's on your receipt), or reply directly to your Paddle receipt. Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
